What materials do you use for the necklaces?
Crystals are wrapped in artistic wire. The gold colored wire is non-tarnish brass, and the silver colored wire is tinned copper. The suede cords are real suede. The chains we offer are gold plated solid brass.
I'm new to crystal healing, how do I use crystals?
The first step is choosing a crystal you are drawn to. We suggest doing further research on the healing properties of your crystals, there are wonderful resources online and you will be amazed at how much you find. There are different ways to use crystals-- you can place them in your house, car, or workplace, use them as a meditation aide, sleep near them, wear them as jewelry, the list goes on!
Do I need to cleanse my crystals? Why?
Yes! Healing crystals absorb, attract and repel certain types of energy. For this reason, it is important to keep them clean. If you use crystals to absorb negative energy, you’ll want to get rid of that energy before using them again.
There are many ways to cleanse your crystal -- you can soak your crystals in purified water, salt water or holy water, you can use the smoke from white sage, dried herbs or incense, you can even cleanse your crystals in the moonlight during a full moon. A quick google search will help you find what the best method is for you.
After cleansing your healing stones, you want to align them with your energy by holding them in your hand and saying your intention for them and thanking them for the healing they will provide.
Is shipping free?
All orders above $40 receive free US shipping. Orders below will be charged $3.50.
Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take to get my order?
All orders are typically shipped within 4 days. Once shipped, you can expect your item in 3 business days.
How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email.
Do you ship to APO?
We do ship to Military APO, as well as FPO boxes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Do you do custom orders?

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item along with a photo proof of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in the case where the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide photos for every necklace that displays sizing.
Returns for a defective product are accepted only under the following conditions:
◦ The return must be received by b.serene within 7 days receiving the purchase.
◦ The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
We must be notified before returning any items. Please message us your full name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Do not ship a product back unless it has been approved. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging as you received it.
Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning. Item total is refunded. Our customer service team is always here to help you with your concerns. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). After receiving the returned item, b.serene will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price.
b.serene will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to b.serene.
In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you.
If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
To exchange an item please email us via email@example.com so we can approve the return. After the return is approved, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us write on the invoice what you would like exchanged. Once we receive it, we will review your case within 48 hours and send you the new product.
